With our broad product range, we offer a delivery of seafood and convenience products to the retail trade and food service industry. We are Malaysia’s largest supplier of sea cucumbers and our wide assortment is continuously adapted to meet the needs of the market and our consumers.
Delivery reliability and local presence
Quality, trustworthiness and delivery reliability are key concepts for Sai Kim. We trust in local knowledge and we do our business with local presence. That is why Sai Kim has local sales offices in several ASEAN countries as well as in Hong Kong and China. Our export market now includes Taiwan, China, Japan, Pakistan, India, Maldives, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, Tunisia and Africa.
We also have our state-of-the-art processing facilities in Selangor, Malaysia, serving six local service centres.

Quality in our products
As seafood products are perishable products, our warehouse and distribution systems are very important. We have installed bar coding system, stock system and computerized management system to ensure the freshness of our products. We adopt Quality-Management System meets the HACCP principles Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), which is a self-inspection system for the identification and assessment of hazards in food production.

Working environment
We involve employees in the preventive working environment through involvement in the safety organization and daily dialogue. Together with our employees, we devise a risk assessment report to reduce the risk of injury at our workplace. We take our working environment into account when purchasing new production equipment. We establish working instructions that contain safety regulations. We actively cooperate with authorities and other stakeholders. At the management level, our staff are centrally placed to ease communication and to increase work speed.
Culture
