Sai Kim Enterprise Sdn Bhd is currently a major fishery market-trading firm. We take supply mainly from Indonesia, East Malaysia, Peninsular Malaysia and Thailand. The fishery trading business has actually contributed more than 80% of our total corporate revenue. The operation of SAI KIM ENTERPRISE SDN BHD is divisionally divided into several divisions by geographical locality and activities. Routine operation will be carried out by each geographical subsidiary scattered in the South and North parts of Peninsular Malaysia and report to the headquarter located in the center of Peninsular Malaysia, Puchong, Selangor. SAI KIM ENTERPRISE SDN BHD has come a long way from a small retail fishery hawker, to a small area local wholesaler, and to a wide region trusted trading firm, and a value added processing house and agents.

 配料:
水发小海参1000克 精盐2克 大葱105克 味精3.5克 青蒜15克 湿淀粉 10克 姜末5克 鸡汤200克 姜汁27.5克 糊葱油50克 白糖27.5克 熟猪油150克 酱油12.5克 (约耗75克) 绍酒15克
制作方法: 1. 将水发嫩小海参洗净,整个放入凉水锅中,用旺火烧开,约煮5分钟捞出,沥净水。把大葱分别切成长5厘米的段(100克)和末(5 克)。青蒜切成长3.3厘米的段。 2. 将炒锅置于旺火上,倒入熟猪油,烧到八成热时下入葱段,炸成金黄色时炒锅端离火中,葱段端在碗中,加入鸡汤(50克50克)、绍酒(5克)、姜汁(2.5 克)、酱油(2.5克)、白糖(2.5克)和味精(1克),上屉用旺火蒸1至2分钟取出,滗去汤汁,留下葱段备用。 3. 将炒锅置于旺火上,倒入熟猪油(25克),烧到八成热时,下入白糖(25克),炒成金黄色,再下入葱末、姜末、海参煸炒几下,随即下入绍酒(10克)、鸡 汤(150克)酱油(10克)、姜汁(25克)、精盐、糊葱油(20克)和味精(2.5克。)待烧开后,挪到微火上火靠5分钟,把汤汁火靠2/3,再改用 旺火,边颠翻炒锅,边淋入调稀的湿淀粉勾芡,使芡汁都挂在海参上,随即倒入盘中。 4. 将炒锅置于旺火上,倒入糊葱油(30克),烧热后下入青蒜段和蒸好的葱段,略煸一下,撒在海参上即成。

原料:豆腐、海参、木耳、芦笋、蚝油、料酒、葱姜、红椒。

做法:
1、豆腐洗净,切块状;
2、 海参剖开腹部,洗净体内腔肠,以沸水加10克料酒和2片姜汆烫去腥,捞起冲凉,切寸段;
3、将鲜芦笋焯水过凉待用。
4、锅内放油煸香葱姜,加豆腐,木耳煸炒,加入蚝油调味。
5、豆腐木耳入味后加入焯好的海参煸炒加盐、鸡精出锅。
6、将焯好的芦笋码放在盘底,把出锅的海参豆腐倒上撒红椒丝即可。
